I would guess early next week. I also just got off the phone with his regular Vet who has treated him all of his life. She said I owe it to him to find out the cancer type, and then decide. She was honest, and said his age is a factor, and it is not good that cancer has come back 3 months after his Chemo. She said I can keep him comfortable as long as possible, with Prednisone that he is on now, and the Pepcid AC and add in Benedryl, and other meds as required. She fears that since it is on his liver, it will spread soon. Still, as many here have said, do what is right for him, and not for me. I am very lucky as I still have him after 11 years. She seems to think it will be Mast Cell Cancer.
