My 5.5 pound very active pup eats between 1/4 cup and 1/2 cup of Orijen per day. 2/3 cup sounds like a lot for a 2 pounder. I think they way overestimate the portions listed on the bag. 1/2 cup may even be too much for her.
I agree, have you tried mixing anything into her food? If Levi acts picky, I put a bit of grain-free canned food (we use Wellness Core) mixed into his kibble. That usually stimulates his appetite enough to finish his kibble. You could also try free-feeding, but measure what you put in her bowl in the AM and then what is left over at night so you can track how much she is eating. When we free-fed, Levi self-regulated to a little over 1/4 cup a day and maintained his weight.
