i just went to walmart and picked up a 40 dollar grooming set. watched the video and went to it. also i looked here on the grooming section. it's a little tricky at first and i still take them to get professionally groomed at easter thanksgiving and christmas but that's only because it takes one more thing off of my to do list
i didn't find it hard just time consuming. the first time i totally groomed sophie it took me 1 and 1/2 hrs...and that was w/o brushing her teeth or clipping her nails
it gets a little easier each time tho. good luck
