She's only 2 pounds? If so, 2/3 of a cup would be way too much for her. And 1/2 a cup probably is as well. She probably can't eat that much food.
If she is only 2 pounds, I'd think about free feeding her so that she can eat when she needs to and keep her blood sugar level. Measure out how much you put down for her in the morning and measure what's left after she eats at night. That way you can track how much she's eating.
