I'm in Minnesota just north of the cities area. I haven't found a good groomer either but I haven't really tried that hard. I would have been angry and upset also, poor baby

I'd ask around and check with some vets, they usually know who's good and who's not. Don't be afraid to tell them about the last groomer and you need to find a good one with experience. Good luck and I hope this helps.
