Seems like your question keeps getting over looked. You can go to blingee.com and download pics of your babies or anyone you like really.
Then they have all these cool effects to choose from to decorate the photo. They have frames, stars. words and just about everything you could want. It's fun to practice and you can erase and start over. It's free, you just have to sign in. I make blingees of Belle and my granddaughters and it's really fun. Hope that helps.
