yes, yorkies can be the pickiest eaters!!! my 5 month old yorkie pixie loves blue buffalo and is doing very well on it! if you look on here under yorkie health / diet in the forums, there is some info on how to get free samples of high quality dog foods. that way you dont have to spend an arm and a leg finding one he will eat. if all else should fail it would be good to try some boiled chicken or lean hamburger. (make sure not to season it) better than eating nothing because these little ones can become hypoglycemic if they dont eat! not a bad idea to have nutrical on hand if that happens! best of luck & congrats on your new puppy! |
