Fancy wears clothes all day, she has a sweater on right now! I change her clothes daily. She might wear a night shirt or pj's to bed, more so in the winter. But I do keep a shirt or sweater on her daily and if it freezing or below outside I put a coat on her before she goes outside to potty or before we leave the house to run errands. I wash her clothes with the rest of the families though.
