I would definately take her back. If she has a bacterial infection thats causing the diarrhea, that needs to be treated. She may along with any other treatment need to have her food switched to formula for GI problems for awhile. One of mine did this twice last year. He was put on Purina EN, a prescription formula. Has your vet done a stool sample to see whats going on?
