Thanks Ladymom. That is just what I have been doing and I think I will get better as time goes on. I was surprised when my vet told me he wished more owners would get the pre-op blood/liver panels done before the spay/neuter. He said he would like to have this information no matter what the breed. I would have thought more owners would get it done to be safe.
