Taycie mats horribly as well.. I know alot recommend keeping the hair shorter and that seems to help. For me.. what seems to help is brushing her hair out 3 times a day. It sounds a little crazy, but I like her hair on the longer side, and she goes to work with me so I am able to do it.

What helped me when I noticed she was also matting with pjs, was to brush it right before bed and then I put her jammies on. We have a nightly routine of washing her face, brushing her out and brushing her teeth. I also use baby onesies as pjs and when she wears those at night I notice hardly any mats.

I also need to find a better grooming product. I use John Paul Mitchell for Pets but I am really not that impressed with it...

I hope some others will chime in with their suggestions as I am open to some new ideas!
