I'm having the exact same difficulties with my 9 week old yorkie. Of course I don't expect for him to be completely house trained at this age, but he's pretty good about peeing on the pad. So why not number 2? I've noticed your post has been here for a while without any replies, I wish I had an answer for you. Maybe someone else knows what's going on, and how to correct this behavior?
