They are both still pretty young and it can take some time for potty training. Being consistant is key.
If the belly wrap isn't on too tight, he will get used to it. Maybe check the band for something rubbing
or uncomfortable next to his skin? I take it he isn't neutered? It's usually studs that will mark their territory.
For the chewing, I would see to it that they have something else to chew on...a safe chew toy (inspect
it often for unsafe wear). Contain them in a safe area, away from the woodwork and cabinets.
I would also continue using the x-pen or a large crate for their safety when no one is home.
Gosh these little ones are wonderful...but do take some work, don't they?
