Okay, im at my wits ends with this leash pulling. Hammer pulls SO hard when we are walking he is CONSTANTLY choking, gagging, weezing and out of breath.

Ive tried stopping until he loosens up and ive tried the walking in the other direction thing.

He somewhat better when on a retractable leash, but i hate using those and would rather use a regular one.

ANY ideas? I hate seeing my Hammer like this, but i HATE being walked also.

Also, any suggestions for a harness that is less violent on him, until he learns to walk nicely? Trick or treating yesterday was a nightmare, and i had to end up carrying him around (he is 13 lbs, not fun)
