When you are new to the dog world, and have never heard of puppy mills, and the owner says they are from breeders and loving homes, and you do not know any better that there is something to beware of, well of course you might believe them. Why not? I did. And I am far from a stupid person. When you unaware of the tremendous profits these puppy mills make and the whole nature of the industry, it is very possible for people to make mistakes and get caught.
