can see where it could have been taken the wrong way...just maybe not to the extent that it was--a personal attack and insinuating that someone was "narrow minded?" That's a bit of a stretch, I think. I *tried* to clarify with my next post (#27/28 since it posted twice
), assuring that was NOT what I meant at all. I thought I'd made my point clear, which is why I was a bit surprised to receive reprimanding PMs advising me of how to post 'appropriately.'
(But not
really surprised as there always seem to be people who think it is their place to dictate what others say, think and do.)
I think we can all agree that it is very important and beneficial to do your research in advance and really take a hard look at any breeder you are considering, right? And that if you don't, the possibility exists that you will end up being scammed and may have health issues on your hands that you have to deal with as a result? That was the point I was trying to make BECAUSE not everyone is aware of these things in advance. But if it's never stressed when examples like this come up, then people will continue to remain in the dark.
