Default 62 degree temperature at home

In an effort to save on my heating bill this year I was thinking of setting the daytime temp to 62 degrees. Do you think this would be to cold for the little one? In the past I always left it at 65 and she did fine with just a sweater on while I was at work. I have a programmable thermostat so I have it set for a high of 68 and low of 65. It drops to 65 after I leave for work, at 4:00 it goes up to 68 by the time I get home and then it drops down to 65 again at 10 at night. Same schedule on weekends.

I live in Delaware and it can get pretty cold here. My house is well insulated and Brandi has plenty of sweaters plus I get plenty of sunshine throughout the whole houes. The cat, well she always manages to find the warmest spot in the house. So will 62 degrees be to cold for her?
