Keeping the breast clean and pliable. Making sure that they are free flowing. Not allowing them to become engourged. She can pump the breasts a bit. Also, she needs to make sure that the pups are nursing off of each nipple equally.
Make sure that she wipes the breast with a warm cloth everytime the girl goes potty. It's real important to keep them clean and unclogged.
