I have had Yorkies going on 37 yrs..lots and lots of Yorkies. I have been bit once when a bitch was having a first litter and I stick my hands in the wrong place...she acted mortified she bit me....
I can not recall the last time a Yorkie even showed their teeth to me except the ones that smile...when a Yorkie knows they are not the pack leader, they never snap or bite at their human...
Some Abused dogs bite, some malajusted dogs bite...and a lot is genetic...a breeder will breed from aggressive dogs...I would never breed a dog that showed the slight bit of aggression towards a human...
