Default Over-night bag?

When and if I get a Yorkie baby I am going to take her/him everywhere! We already do that with Coco though. But, Coco wasn't socialized by her owners before us and she HATES other dogs. There is only one dog she likes and that is because she hangs out with her all the time, that's what makes me think if we get another pup she'll be okay after a while. Anyway, I go over to my grandmother's home quite often because she owns a business and I help/work there. So, I would take her (I'm just going to start saying Stella, because that is what I want to name her) to my grandma's often.
I was writing down all of the things that I would bring along and just to put it out there, I am an extreme over packer!!! So here is what I would bring:

Food in a travel container that has two bowls and has a section for food
Carrier
water (from home)
Treats
Nutri-cal and/or vitimans
Baby wipes
Leash
Harness
X-pen and inside it will have:
Blanket
Bed
Pee pads** Con't with other

Poo bags and holder
2-3 toys
Bully stick
Mini shampoo and conditioner
Car seat with all travel things
Brush
Top-knot bands/scrunchies
Bow or two
Coat if its winter
Boots if it's winter
Clothes if it's summer
A bell or something that can be attached to the collar so it makes noise

Okay, now for the two questions. First, Do you see anything that I'm missing?? Second, What do you recommend putting all of this in? I really like the Yorkie bag at CVS and I need to get one or two, but anybody that has it, Can most or at least half of this stuff fit in there? If I need I can bring two.
P.S. I was going to post this in the traveling section but that thread just seems like not a lot of people visit
