Please pray for my mommas Yorkie Lil Miss daisy
We still dont know how in the heck she got out the front door and it is amazing that she is with us today without any broken bones. My mom had just got back with groceries and food and she had grandkids with her. While they were unloading Daisy got out
5 min later My mom knew she was missing they started looking for her and sure enough at the corner someone got her with thier car, the guy didnt even stop :/but it was a Friday afternnon and all the neighbors were out so they told us a lil of what happened. WE immediately took her to the ER, she is so lil we were sure something was broke, she was walking with sea legs so we thought her back leg was broke. but just staring at us shocked, of course. So xrays, overnight stay for shock and to be sure she was alright and now 2 days later...No broken bones, and they said she must have been knocked around, possible concussion, We brought her home, doc gave us a antibitoics and pain meds. she is getting up only to pee and eat and is walking around like she is sore and she looks so sad
its been 2 days and she is home and slightly better, still moving slow and looking depressed... but I think it is going to take some time for her to be her old self again. Poor girl...has anyone ever experienced this? PLEASE PLEASE keep our DAISY in your prayers for a full recovery. FYI: she has not pooped since we brought her home, eating and drinking has been light, is there anything I can give her for that or should I just let nature take its course??
