There is a book called "Potty Training in Less than a Day". I used it with both of my sons (they were almost three at the time) and it worked. We went from daipers to regular training pants in ONE DAY, we had absolutely no accidents and no bed wetting. I know it sounds way too hard to be true, but if you read the book and as silly as some of the things seem, DO EXACTLY WHAT THE BOOK SAYS, EXACTLY. Never used another diaper, and that was during a time when we were traveling back and forth between Colorado and Georgia and were on the road a lot.
The huge factor in successful potty training is timing. It is imperative that the child be both physically and emotionally ready.

ps. not only were my boys potty trained in less than one day, they ALWAYS, WITHOUT FAIL cleaned their own potty chair and NEVER EVER woke me up at night to help them (this last part kinda hurt my feelings a but, but my boys are very independent) LOL |
