A couple of things..............currently breeders in MO are required to be licensed if they have only 3 breeding females and required to collect sales tax on everything they sell as pets. If this passes, the number will go up to 10? Leaves the door wide open for Back Yard Breeders, IMO.
Secondly, hobby and show breeders will only be allowed to sell PETS only and not any breeders?
