Nonsense! Some grow like weeds, others are slow growers. Regardless, he is super cute!! At 13 weeks he has a ton of growing and changing left to do. Like someone else stated, some change colors some don't. Mine at 2 years still has most of the "puppy" coloring, although he is an adult weight. Add in his floppy ears and he looks like a puppy.
