YTCA is a great place to start. Make sure you call them and not just email. Also Christmas is not the best time to get a puppy. too much going on, family visiting, xmas decorations all over puppy could get into or eat, etc. After xmas would be best. Puppy really needs a LOT of attention, and xmas time is just so busy for everyone it really wouldn't be fair for the puppy.
