Mine had surgery on Friday so i could stay home with them over the weekend.
Bella did not even know she had surgery, but i had to be there to keep her from jumping. I did not want her to get a hernia.
Piper didnt feel great. She just wanted to cuddle, so i was glad I was there for that.
I chose not to use the cone around their head that the Vet recommends. I put bella in a long tshirt and Piper in a one piece outfit made for a human baby. i just cut a hole for the tail.
you just dont want them to lick their incision or chew on stitches.

I am glad i was home for 2 days after. just because they both acted so differerntly. Good luck with her spay.
