I've been sick this past week and couldn't get to the store to buy Morgan a Halloween costume. Last night we had a Halloween Yappy Hour at work for our clients so I had to do something creative. This is what I came up with. She's my little Punk Rocker. She got so much extra attention all day yesterday and she loved every bit of it.
Don't worry, its perfectly safe and washes out after 1 or 2 baths.
