Looks like a Yorkie to me.

Here is a Silky (first two pic) and here is a Yorkie (second two pics).

Well-bred Yorkies and Silky's are very easy to tell apart. I've actually really fallen in love with Silky's through my research.

Sometimes I REALLY think my Jackson is a Silky. He has a Silky body and face more and fits most Silky descriptions to a tee, he's 15lbs also ... your little one has a Yorkie face, IMO. But of course it's hard to know for sure. Really, odds are he's a Yorkie because Silky's are a lot less common. But who knows.

Silky's were created from Yorkies and Australian Terriers.
