I've done it! Depending on the size of the dog, you have to get the right sized onesie (or it's a pain in the butt).

Kaji is 12 inches long, and about 13 inches around his chest (if I remember right) so he uses a premie sized onesie. I cut off the bottom, sew it up, and put 2 tiny stitches around the neck area so Kaji doesn't stretch it out. (he's a crazy sleeper and has woken up half naked before. That's it, you have a converted onesie!
