It may not be too late. I have a friend with a yorkie whose ears had not come up at 13 months old. When she mentioned it to me.. I told her it would not hurt to try shaving and taping. She called me 2 weeks later to say thank you. All it took was shaving and taping for less than two weeks. Of course that won't happen with ALL yorkies.. it will depend on the thickness of the ears, etc etc. But doesnt hurt to try.
