You favorite Thanksgiving recipe?
My mother makes this about every year!
Pumpkin Roll
Filling
3 eggs 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup sugar 2 tsp butter
3/4 cup flour 1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon 1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup pumpkin
Beat eggs. Add sugar, pumpkin, salt, baking soda, flour, and cinnamon.
Mix Well. Grease a cookie sheet, and line with wax paper. Spread dough over wax paper.
Bake at 375* for 10-15 mins. Place on towel that is sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll up into towel to cool.
When cooled, unroll, and spread on the filling. Remove towel and roll back up. Wrap in foil, and place in refrigerator.
