Yes! Call them too; if you are up this weekend, they are having a picture day one day this weekend. I want to say it is Sunday, but I'm not certain. An employee showed me a picture of her Sheltie that they did, and it looked so perfect. It looked like a sample picture that came with the frame. It was gorgeous. (:
