If I'm coming home to Morgan while he's fenced in the front room, I hear a banging at the fence and see ears and occasionally eyes as he jumps trying to see who's come home. Once he sees me he sits until I open the fence, then ears go down the tongue peeks out and he does a goofy high step walk to me and then puts the front paws on my legs till I kneel down to receive my kisses.
If I've been out but someone's been with him he bounds towards me and then does the same high steppin' and paws on legs until I pick him up or get down on his level. He's remarkably quiet during either event though. More of a happy panting then anything vocal. He saves that for when I'm on my way out the door and he wants to have the last word ;-) |
