I agree with you completely - rereading my statement, it doesn't reflect what I intended. I should have said you get what you pay for
in this case, factoring in all of the other red flags. I firmly believe that the health of the pup is not always related to the price. I also didn't pay a ton of money for Rocco. Sorry if I offended.
