Houston was named by my wife after the then current Arkansas Razorback football coach, Houston Nutt. Houston's nickname is Pooter Butt.
Piper was named because we like the show Charmed and Pru and Phoebe didn't quite seem to fit her, so Piper it was! Piper's nickname is PeePie.
Meadow was an accident between Houston and Piper....we gave her away to a lady that Steph worked with and a few weeks later returned her...she had named her Meadow. Meadow's nickname is Piggers.
Zander was named after Xander from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but the original lady in the rescue spelled it incorrectly, so he got a Z instead of the X, so we kept it. Zander's nickname is Zander Mander Salamander.
Jack, well Jack came from the rescue as Jack, although at times I call him Cartman. Jack's nickname is Jack Jack or Jackey or Jackey Jack. |
