I'm not disagreeing with the response that 4 lb may be too small to breed. I'm responding to the questions you say you ask regarding stud service. Those questions seem loaded, as it seems to me if someone said yes to both they aren't the best dog owners as it would appear they don't care about their dog and if they say no, then that eliminates them. Just wondering how you could determine anything about the female dog's owner by those questions.
Just seems more probing to ask if they know and understand the risks. Because in the end its their decision regardless of potential risks.
