Do the pups have black noses and tan markings with the gunmetal grey color where it should be black?

These pups can and many times do live normal healthy happy lives. They grow a normal coat and have no issues at all. I know this as I have had a few in my years of breeding from different lineage. 2 of which were born about a year ago and are thriving normal pups. At about 5-6 weeks they begin to look almost a faded chocolate, then now at a year they look light blue again/almost silver.
I will say though that a few of these blue borns, the ones with the bluish nose, carry the CDA bad gene and those are the unhealthy ones. They tend to have a very sparse coat, their ears get leathery, and skin also. They do give them melatonin shots I believe with some help.
I spent a many hours last year researching them and was initially sickened to think these little things would have a horrible life. I was considering bringing them to the vet to humanely put them down at 3 days old. But after speaking with 4 breeders who have had them and hearing that most are not sickly at all I chose to raise them. I will say I did not sell them, I placed them with wonderful pet homes after having them both neutered. To sell them I feel they should be closest to breed standard and with no health issues that may be lurking. I educated the new owners quite a bit and gave them tons of info.
