Thats the BEST advice EVER!!!! so true, so true!!! I have a Shay savings account..seriously...he is such a lil guy, and first yr we did 2 trips to emergency room too, thank god, it wasnt a huge bill (and he was fine) but sometimes it doesnt have to be huge, for it to be a hardship!
