I wrote this sticky that has a good link for housebreaking. Ten weeks is pretty young, and most Yorkies are still with their mama's at this age. The mama helps train them by pushing them to a pad when they need to go. Joey was pretty much pad trained when I got him, if a pad was fairly close, but if you want to train for going outside, I suggest you follow the steps that describe crate training.
