the first package I got from Susan (over a year ago now - time flies) had a sticker on it indicating that it had been opened by customs. I have had many packages since but none that have had the sticker on. But I have noticed the last couple of orders have arrived well over the anticipated date.
The last package Susan shipped out on the 4th October and it didn't arrive until the 23rd. They used to only take about 10 days.
But - her bows are well worth waiting for
