Glad you were able to get this resolved and that it wasn't any more serious than it was.

FYI, there are times when my pups (actually they are adults but they are still pups to me) act like they are tired of their food or just will not eat for a period of time. I have learned to disolve either a chicken or beef bullion cube in a small coffee cup of water. Each time I feed them I heat the broth in the microwave for 1 to 11/2 min and sprinkle about 1/2 to 1 table spoon to their food. Non fattening and it adds a little flavor.
