Yeah, this is common. It depends on how hard you pulled the tick out and stuff too. Certain ticks were harder to get off of Jackson than others and we had to work at it to make sure we got the legs off, etc. I remember him having a few little tiny bumps/scabs where we pulled the tick off. Ticks are so common around here, they are all over the place, so even though I'm used to it (Jackson's had probably 10 in his lifetime, he's 2), it still grosses me out!! Jackson did have Lymes disease and came up limping and was treated with antibiotics for 30 days. Thankfully, we only saw one tick this summer since switching to K9 Advantix.
