It seems like with all those type of stores, it really depends on the trainer. It's best to go ahead of time and meet the trainer you will be having to see if you like them. Or even see if there is a current class going on so you can watch the trainer in action for yourself. I hear mixed results-- some people say they had a GREAT trainer at Petsmart and some say they didn't at all... so it's hard to say!
