Sorry you don't like the product. I just love it. Their coat will fill somewhat waxy with the shampoo (use a suds pump bottle & it will give you suds) but once you add the conditioner it feels just fine. I love the scent that is left on Fancy that lasts for days. I even take it to Petsmart when I get Fancy groomed for them to use.
