What a great idea for a thread!
I don't have anything to add to the first question, but will add my comments to the others:
2) A "middle of the road" puppy is usually best - not the most playful/hyper of the litter but not the quietest either. I picked Joey because he would happily play with his littermates, but when I picked him up and petted him, he calmed right down and snuggled into me. He has continued to have a great personality like that! The runt of the litter, while adorable, may have more health problems than the others.
3) They'll steal your heart like you can't imagine!
4) They can take longer to housebreak than some breeds. |
