It is possible that your dog had a seizure and now appears fine. However, the fall may have done some damage and it's possible that he can have another seizure, or even many more. If I were you, I'd still make it a priority to try to take him to the vet. At the very least it will give you piece of mind that he is as ok as you think he is. You may also be saving his life by doing so.

I imagine it must be hard not being able to financially care for him. Perhaps you can put a little money away and take him as soon as you are capable.
