The best advice we can give you is to take him to a vet.
Im sorry if this comes across the wrong way but pictures mean nothing, we dont need pictures. Pictures cannot tell you what is going on inside his head.
A seizure is not normal, he really needs to see a vet.
It dosnt matter if the seizure lasted for 10 minutes or 10 seconds, PLEASE take this little one to a vet.
