I've had dogs who obviously had vivid dreams like you describe, but my Yorkie, Joey, isn't one of them.

I had a Husky (who tend to be pretty vocal anyway) who used to like to sleep outside if it was cold. I could hear him inside the house "talking in his sleep"! It was too funny.
