If it is clear I would think it's ok. Perhaps just a small cold from the change of weather. If you have a heating pad you can put it under them at night to keep them a bit warmer. Just keep an eye on them if you see a change in apetite or coughing,sneezing then bring them in. Right now I wouldn't worry. I am no expert but I have bottle raised orphan babies and have done rescue for sick babies hth
