Walking around the country I guess gets boring...but try make it boring. Why not invest in some sort of agility course. Or find things for her to do.
When I see tress in a straight line, we run in and out of them.
Or when there is a rock, I tell lexi to "up" and she jumps up. I give her really REALLY tiny treats. (Its basically a penny sized treat broken up into many MANY pieces, just so she has a taste of it and gets motivated)

Hope this somewhat helps. Lexi is only 11months, yet I feel i've learnt so much about her and what keeps her interested etc.
Thanks for the idea on the agility equipment! I think I might try that. Coco is really shy and timid, but if I want to become a dog trainer I guess I need to work on things like that! Thank you!
